Eligibility Criteria for IDBI Bank Recruitment 2023:

Candidates interested in applying for the positions of Junior Assistant Manager (JAM), Grade ‘O’, and Executive – Sales and Operations (ESO) at IDBI Bank should carefully review the eligibility criteria outlined below. Educational Qualification for IDBI Bank Recruitment 2023:

Junior Assistant Manager (JAM), Grade ‘O’
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 60% for General and OBC candidates (55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates) in any discipline from a University recognized/approved by the Government/Govt. Bodies viz., AICTE, UGC, etc.
- Passing only a diploma course will not be considered as qualifying the eligibility criteria.
Executive – Sales and Operations (ESO)
- A Graduate from a recognized university in any discipline from a University recognized/approved by the Government/Govt. Bodies viz., AICTE, UGC, etc.
- Passing only a diploma course will not be considered as qualifying the eligibility criteria.

Additional Points:

Candidates should indicate the percentage obtained in Graduation, calculated to the nearest two decimals in the online application. Where CGPA/OGPA is awarded, it should be converted into a percentage as per the University conversion rule and indicated in the online application. The fraction of percentage will be ignored (e.g., 59.99% will be treated as less than 60%).
Calculation of Percentage (Grade ‘O’): Minimum qualifying marks would be reckoned and calculated based on the marks obtained in all semesters/years, including all subject papers (Major/Minor/Subsidiary/ancillary/core/elective/qualifying, etc.), irrespective of the degree (Honours/General, etc.).

Candidates must be prepared to produce the relevant documents in original, along with photocopies, to support their identity and eligibility during the selection process or as and when required by the Bank. Please note that no change of category or other details will be permitted after the registration of the online application.

The above tests, except the English Language test, will be available bilingually, i.e., English and Hindi.

iv) Additional Information:

The mentioned selection process is indicative, and the Bank may alter/ amend/ modify it at any time without assigning any reason.
Candidates must qualify in each of the four tests, securing cut-off marks set by the Bank.
Penalty for Wrong Answers: 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.
Candidates qualifying in OT will form a pool of shortlisted candidates for further selection processes.

v) Personal Interview (Applicable to JAM):

Cut-offs will be decided based on the number of vacancies for the interview.
The score obtained in the OT will not be shared until the completion of the interview process.
Candidates successful in the OT will be called for a personal interview. The interview will be in Hindi or English.
Candidates must score a minimum of 50% (45% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD) in the interview for final shortlisting.

vi) Final Selection Criteria:

Final Score = 3/4 of OT Score + 1/4 of Interview Score.
Candidates must be medically fit as per Bank’s Medical Fitness Standards and/or by the Bank’s Medical Officer in Mumbai.
