RSETI Assam Recruitment: The Ministry of Rural Development (MORD), Government of India had launched an initiative for opening of Rural Self Employment Training institutes (RSETIS) in all the districts of the country to be owned by the Bank in respective Lead Districts. MORD had organized an Interaction cum meeting with Sponsoring Banks on 23rd May 2023, at UNNATI Conference Hall under the Chairmanship of Secretary RD. There are 3 nos. of RSETI functional at Dhemaji, Dibrugarh & Lakhimpur Districts of Assam under Punjab National Bank. In this regard, there are total nos. of 2 post under different category of outsourced staff lying vacant at RSETI Lakhimpur under Dibrugarh circle. Eligible and interested candidates may apply here.

i) Name of Post: Office Assistant

Number of Post: 01

Salary: Fixed Salary of Rs 12,000/ Plus other Allowance.

ii) Name of Post: Watchman

Number of Post: 01

Salary: Fixed Salary of Rs 6,000/ Plus other Allowance

RSETI Assam Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria

1) Office Assistant:

Qualification:

Shall be a Graduate viz. BSW/BA/B.COM with computer knowledge.

Knowledge in Basic Accounting is a preferred qualification.

Shall be fluent in spoken and written local language

Fluency in Hindi/English would be an added qualification.

Shall be proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel), Tally &Internet.

Skills in typing in local language is essential, Typing skills in English an added advantage

2) Watchman:

Qualification :

Should have passed 7th Standard

Should have experience preferably in agriculture/ gardening/Gardener Horticulture.

Selection process of RSETI Assam Recruitment 2024

The candidates who have applied for the Office Assistant post should appear in both the writing and personal interview tests.

As for the candidates who have applied for the Watchman Post, they should participate in the personal interview test only.

Written Test to assess General Knowledge and Computer capability.

Personal Interview to assess communication ability, leadership qualities, attitude, problem solving ability and ability to get along with the trainees, developmental approach.

Demonstration/Presentation to assess teaching skills and communication capability.

How to Apply for RSETI Assam Recruitment 2024?

All the applications must reach on 30 Jan 2024 before 3:00P.M. at C/o Circle Head Punjab National Bank. Dibrugarh Circle Office, RKB Path near Sohum Mall Dibrugarh-786001. Applications will be available at RSETI, North Lakhimpur and Punjab National Bank, Circle Office Dibrugarh.

The tentative date for written test is scheduled on Dated: 02.02.2024 at Punjab National Bank, Circle Office Dibrugarh, RKB Path Near Sohum Mall, Dibrugarh –786001. The exam will start from 10.30A.M. and candidates are requested to report to the center by 9:30A.M.
