PMAY Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria

a) IEC Specialist:

i. Post graduate degree or equivalent in Mass Communication/ Public relations/ Journalism/Social Work/Development.

ii. Experience in advocacy management preferably in urban sector.

iii. Having Good knowledge software development & project management, database management, MIS etc.

iv. 5-7 years of experience in conducting knowledge management activities and development of IEC strategy.

v. Knowledge and experience of government systems and procedures would be desirable.

b) Project Associate, Municipal Finance Expert:

i. Post Graduate/ Graduate degree in Commerce, BBA/ MBA in Finance or related subjects.

ii. 3-5 years of experience of working in Mission Mode Program or equivalent.

iii. Prepare Financial Operating Plans for the city in line with Mission guidelines.

iv. Provide technical support to the ULBs/city level bodies to implement the financial plan.

v. Provide technical guidance to State to prepare policy guidance and notes on municipal finance.

vi. Fluency in local language essential.

c) Project Associate, Social Development Specialist:

i. Post Graduate/ Graduate degree in Social Science, BSW/MSW, Rural Development or related subjects.

ii. 3-5 years of experience of working in Mission Mode Program or equivalent.

iii. Work experience in social and community development is mandatory

iv. Experience of working in the development areas, preferably with urban community and slums.

v. Knowledge and experience in participatory planning and community mobilization.

vi. Fluency in local language essential.

d) Project Associate, MIS :

i. Post Graduate/Graduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Application/Information Technology or related subjects.

ii. 3-5 years of experience of working in Mission Mode Program or equivalent.

iii. Exposure to software development & project management, database management, MIS etc.

iv. Prior experience in related field will be an added advantage.

v. Knowledge in PFMS will be an added advantage.

vi. vi. Fluency in local language essential.
