PM POSHAN Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Domicile: The Candidate must be a permanent Resident of Assam.

Computer literate: The Candidate must be Computer literate.

Essential Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Law from a recognized University of India, (established or incorporated by or under a Central Act or State Act) or an Institute recognised by the Government of Assam or by the University Grants Commission (UGC).

Must have valid license/certificate of enrollment from any Bar Council (within India) at the time of submission of application.

Experience: Having practice as an Advocate in the Courts / Tribunals within the State of Assam including in the High Court continuously for minimum 5 (five) years as on the date of submission of application, basically on the service side.

Age Limit of PM POSHAN: Age Should not be more than 62 years as on 01.01.2024.
