KV Nagaon Recruitment 2024, The Principal of Kendriya Vidyalaya KV Nagaon has recently issued a notice announcing the hiring of the 04 Teaching and Non-Teaching Vacancies on Contractual Basis for the academic session of 2024-25. KV Nagaon Recruitment 2024 Notification Details

I) Name of Post: Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT)

Subject : Sanskrit

Salary: Rs. 31250/- p.m. consolidated

II) Name of Post : Balvatika (ECCE Trained Teachers)

Salary : Rs. 26250/- p.m. consolidated

III) Name of Post : Counsellor

Salary: Rs. 31250/- p.m. consolidated

IV) Name of Post : Special Educator

Salary: Rs. 31250/- p.m. consolidated

KV Nagaon Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria

I) TGT (Sanskrit) :

Essential :

1. Four years’ Integrated degree course of Regional College of Education of NCERT in the concerned subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate ;

OR
Bachelor’s Degree with at least 50% marks in the concerned subjects/ combination of subjects and in aggregate.

The electives subjects and Languages in the combination of subjects as under according to posts:

a)For TGT (Sanskrit): Sanskrit as a subject in all the three years.

2) Pass in the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET), conducted by CBSE in accordance with the Guidelines framed by the NCTE for the purpose will be preferred.

However, in case of non-availability of CTET passed candidates, relaxation will be given as per KVS norms.

3) Proficiency in teaching through Hindi and English medium.

Desirable : Knowledge of Computer Applications.

II) Balvatika (ECCE Trained Teachers):

Essential:

Senior Secondary class (Class XII or its equivalent) from a recognized board with at least 50% marks

and
Diploma in Nursery Teacher Education/ Pre-school Education/ Early childhood Education Programme (D.E.C.Ed.) of duration of not less than two years or B.Ed. (Nursery) from NCTE recognized institutions

Desirable: Knowledge of Computer Applications.

However, in case of non-availability of qualified candidates, relaxation will be given as per KVS norms.

III) Counsellor :

B.A /B.Sc in Psychology from a recognized college or university + Regular one year post graduate diploma in guidance and counseling.

Or
B.A./B.Sc./B.Com with B.Ed./M.Ed. qualification + regular one year post graduate diploma in guidance and counseling.

Desirable: Minimum one year experience in providing career/ educational counseling to student at school or working knowledge and experience in placement bureaus or registration with rehabilitation council of India as vocational counselor.

However, in case of non-availability of qualified candidates, relaxation will be given as per KVS norms.

IV) Special Educator :

1. Any Graduate with 50% marks with B.Ed. in Special education.

2. B.Ed. (General) with one year diploma in special education.

OR
3. B.Ed. (General) with two-year diploma in special education.

OR
4. a. B.Ed. (General) with Post Graduate Professional Diploma in Special Education (PGPD).

OR
5. B.Ed. Special Education and Post Graduate Professional Certificate in Special Education (PGPC).

OR
6. PG Diploma in Special Education (Mental Retardation)

OR
7. PG Diploma in Special Education (Multiple Disabilities: Physical And Neurological).

OR
8. PG Diploma in Special Education (Locornotor Impairment And Cerebral Palsy).

OR
9. Secondary Level Teacher Training Course In Visual Impairment.

OR
10. Senior Diploma in Teaching the Deaf.

OR
11. BA/ B.Ed. in Visual Impairment.

OR
12. Any other equivalent qualification approved by RCI

Age Limit of KV Nagaon Recruitment 2024: .Maximum age of the candidate for all the posts would be 65 Years.

How to Apply for KV Nagaon Recruitment 2024?

The Eligible and interested candidates are requested to Appear a walk in interview which will be held on 15th March 2024 (Friday) at 8:00 am in the Vidyalaya Premises.

All the candidates need to verify their documents on the day of interview before they appear for the interview or screening test. The Interview is scheduled for whole day which may run till evening. All candidates should come prepared for the same.

Document Verification Timing: 08:00 am onwards for all the posts scheduled on that particular day.

Candidates are to bring, photographs, filled application form, ONE self-attested Xerox copy of all the certificates and mark-sheets (of all the years separately, e.g. 1st year 2nd year 3rd year etc.) along with original ones for verification.
