KV Haflong Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria
I)For PGT all Subjects Except computer Science:
Two years’ Integrated Post Graduate M.Sc Course of Regional College of Education of NCERT in the concerned subject;
OR
Master Degree from a recognized University with at least 50%marks in aggregate in the Concerned subjects
B.Ed. or equivalent degree from recognized university
Proficiency in teaching in Hindi and English media.
Desirable Qualification : Knowledge of computer applications
II) For PGT Computer Science:
Essential Qualification :
1. At-least 50 % marks in aggregate in any of the following;
B.E or B. Tech. (Computer Science/IT) from a recognized University or equivalent Degree or Diploma from an institution/university recognized by the Govt. of India.
OR
B.E or B. Tech. (any stream) and Post Graduate Diploma in Computers from recognized University.
OR
M.Sc (Computer Science)/ MCA or Equivalent from a recognized University.
OR
B.Sc (Computer Science) / BCA or Equivalent and Post Graduate degree in subject from a recognized University.
OR
Post Graduate Diploma in Computer and Post Graduate degree in any subject from recognized University.
OR
‘B’ Level from DOEACC and Post Graduate degree in any subject.
OR
‘C’ Level from ‘DOEACC’ Ministry of Information and Communication Technology and Graduation.
2. Proficiency in teaching in Hindi and English.
III) Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT)
i) Four Years Integrated Degree Course of Regional College of Education of NCERT in the concerned subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate;
or
Bachelor’s Degree with at least 50% marks in the concerned subject/ combination of subject and in aggregate. The elective subjects and languages in the combination of subjects as under:
1. TGT (English) English as a subject in all the three years.
2. TGT (Hindi) Hindi as a subject in all the three years.
3. TGT (S. St.) Any two of the following:-
History, Geography, Economics and Pol. Science of which one must be either History or Geography
4. TGT (Science) Botany, Zoology and Chemistry.
5. TGT (Sanskrit) Sanskrit as a subject in all the three years.
6. TGT (Maths) Bachelor Degree in Maths with any two of the following subjects: – Physics/ Chemistry/ Electronics/ Computer Science/ Statistics
7. TGT (Assamese) Assamese as a subject in all the three years.
IV) Primary Teacher (PRT) :
Essential
(i) Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2 year diploma in elementary education (by whatever name known).
OR
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and
4 year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed)
OR
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2 year Diploma in Education (Special Education).
(ii) Qualified in the Central Teacher Eligibility Test(CTET) conducted by the Govt. of India.
(iii) Proficiency in teaching Hindi and English medium
Desirable: Working knowledge of computer applications.
V) Sports Coach:
Graduation in any discipline with Diploma in the specific field in basketball
or Kabaddi (at least of one-year duration)/ B. P.Ed./D.P.Ed. / M.P.Ed. / Certificate course in Sports coaching
Or
Graduation/ Senior Secondary / Certificate course in Sports coaching in any discipline with National Certificate holder in the concerned field of sports.
VI) Yoga Instructor:
Graduate in any subject or equivalent from a recognized University and at least one year Degree/ Diploma in Yoga from a recognized Institute.
VII) Computer Instructor:
B.Ed. B.Tech (Computer Science)/ BCA/ MCA/ M.Sc (Computer Science) M.Sc. (Electronics with Computer Science Component)/ M.Sc. (IT)/ B.Sc. (Computer Science)
Or
Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in any Science subject/ Mathematics from a recognized University with Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application from Govt recognized university/ institute.
OR
Post Graduate Degree in any subject with Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application from Govt. recognized University/ ‘O’ Level from DOEACC
OR
Post Graduate Degree in any subject with Minimum ‘A’ Level from DOEACC
VIII) Nurse: B.Sc. Nursing /Diploma in nursing from a recognized Institute.
IX) Special Educator:
1. Any Graduate with 50% marks with B.Ed. in Special education.

2. B.Ed. (General) with one year diploma in special education.
OR
3. B.Ed. (General) with two-year diploma in special education.
OR
4. a. B.Ed. (General) with Post Graduate Professional Diploma in Special Education (PGPD).

Salary of KV Haflong Recruitment 2024
Consolidated payment on monthly basis shall be made to the contractual
teachers as per the following rate:
a. PGT- ₹ 32,500 per month
b. TGT- ₹ 31,250 per month
c. PRT – ₹ 26,250 per month
d. Computer Instructor (VI to X Classes)- ₹31,250 per month
e. Computer Instructor (III to V classes)- ₹ 26,250 per month
f. Games Coach (for Primary Classes) – ₹ 26,250 per month
g. Games Coach (for Secondary / Senior Secondary Classes) – ₹ 26,250 per month
h. Special Educator- ₹ 26,250 per month
i. Counsellor- ₹ 25,000 per month
j. NURSE – ₹ 750 per working day
