Job Title: Contractual Paramedical Laboratory Technician

Contractual Engagement Duration:
The contractual engagement period is limited to a maximum of 24 (twenty-four) months.
Initially, the contractual engagement spans 06 (six) months and may be extended further for three additional tenures of 06 (six) months each, based on departmental needs, job performance, conduct, and the submission of a physical fitness certificate from a government-registered Medical Practitioner, as applicable.
Eligibility Criteria of Indian Oil Recruitment 2023
1. For candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree:
- Successfully completed 10+2 in the science stream from a government-recognized Board/University.
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) from a government-recognized Institute/Medical College.
2. For candidates with a Diploma:
- Obtained 10+2 qualification in the science stream from a government-recognized Board/University.
- Acquired a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT), a 2-year course, from a government-recognized Institute/Medical College.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience post-qualification is required.

The final selection among candidates who have met the minimum pass marks of 50% in the Walk-in-Practical/Skill Test cum Personal Assessment(s) will be based solely on merit, determined by the marks obtained in the Walk-in-Practical/Skill Test cum Personal Assessment(s).

Salary Structure of Indian Oil Recruitment 2023
The salary structure for Indian Oil Recruitment 2023 consists of two components:
1. Fixed Salary:

- Determined based on attendance, including paid leave and any applicable holidays.
