Indian Army Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

I) Agniveer (General Duty): Candidates must have passed class 10th examination with 45% marks in aggregate and 33% in each subject.

Age Limit: The age of the candidate should not be less than 17 years 6 months and not more than 21 years. Candidates should have been born between 1st October 2003 and 1st April 2007.

Note: Candidates with valid Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) Driving Licenses will be given preference for Driver requirements.

II) Agniveer (Technical): Candidates must have passed class 12th examination in Science stream with Physics, Chemistry, Maths and English with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 40% in each subject.

Age Limit: The age of the candidate should not be less than 17 years 6 months and not more than 21 years. Candidates should have been born between 1st October 2003 and 1st April 2007.

III) Agniveer Clerk/ Store Keeper (Technical) : Candidates must have passed class 12th examination in any stream with 60% marks in aggregate and 50% in each subject. English and Maths/ Accounts/ Book Keeping in Class XII is mandatory.

Age Limit: The age of the candidate should not be less than 17 years 6 months and not more than 21 years. Candidates should have been born between 1st October 2003 and 1st April 2007.

IV) Agniveer Tradesmen 10th Pass :Candidates must have passed class 10th examination with having 33% marks in each subject.

Age Limit: The age of the candidate should not be less than 17 years 6 months and not more than 21 years. Candidates should have been born between 1st October 2003 and 1st April 2007.

V) Agniveer Tradesmen 8th Pass: Candidates must have passed class 8th examination with having 33% marks in each subject.

Age Limit: The age of the candidate should not be less than 17 years 6 months and not more than 21 years. Candidates should have been born between 1st October 2003 and 1st April 2007.

How to Apply for Indian Army Recruitment 2024?

All candidates to log in to joinindianarmy.nic.in, check their eligibility status and create their profile.

Online Registration (submission of application) will commence from 13 February 2024 to 22 March 2024.

Examination fee of Rs 250/- per applicant is to be paid by the candidate for the online examination.

The candidate on successfully filling the application will be directed to SBI portal through a link on the website. At the SBI portal make payment of Rs 250/- plus Bank charges as applicable.

The payment can be made through any of these payment options available:

(i) Payment Gateway Facility through Maestro, Master Card, VISA, Rupay Cards both Credit & Debit of all major banks.

(ii) Internet banking of SBI and other banks.

(iii) UPI (Bhim).

Candidates are required to have an active email & mobile number which will be used for
further communication.

Candidates should apply only once in response to this notification.

Candidates must indicate five choices of the exam centre. All Possible effort would be taken to allot exam centre based on first three choices

Candidate should enter AADHAR number in online application.
