Eligibility Criteria of Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023
Nationality / Citizenship: (as on 01.12.2023)
A candidate must be either:
i) A Citizen of India
ii) A subject of Nepal
iii) A subject of Bhutan
iv) A Tibetan refugee who came over to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India
v) A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African Countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.

Educational Qualifications of Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023
1. For Graduates:
- Must hold a degree in any discipline with a minimum of 60% marks in all semesters/years.
- Should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in Relationship/Credit Management, preferably in MSME Banking, with any Bank/NBFC/Financial Institutions in India.
2. For Post Graduates / MBA (Marketing & Finance) or Equivalent:
- Post Graduation or MBA (Marketing & Finance) or an equivalent professional qualification is required.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in Relationship/Credit Management, preferably in MSME Banking, with any Bank/NBFC/Financial Institutions in India.
Selection Process of Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023
The selection process for the position may comprise the following stages:
Online Test:
The online test structure is tentatively designed as follows:
- Reasoning: 25 questions, 25 marks
- English Language: 25 questions, 25 marks
- Quantitative Aptitude: 25 questions, 25 marks
- Professional Knowledge: 75 questions, 150 marks
- Total: 150 questions, 225 marks
- Duration: 150 minutes
- Language: The above sections/tests, except the Test of English Language, will be available bilingually (English and Hindi).
Psychometric Test or any other Deemed Suitable Test:
Candidates qualifying in the online test may be required to undergo a psychometric test or any other test deemed suitable for further selection.
Group Discussion and/or Interview:
Candidates qualifying in the online test and additional tests (if any) will be further assessed through Group Discussion and/or Interview.

Candidates should have a valid personal email ID and Contact Number, which should be kept active till the completion of this recruitment project.
The Bank may send call letters for Personal Interview and/or Selection Process on the registered Email ID. If a candidate does not have a valid personal email ID, they should create a new email ID before applying.
Candidates need to visit the Bank’s website www.bankofbaroda.in/Career.htm and register online in the appropriate Online Application Format through the link available on the Careers-> Current Opportunities on the Bank’s website. They should pay the application fee using Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking, etc.
Candidates are required to upload their Bio-data while filling out the online application. Scanned copies of the photograph, signature, and other documents related to eligibility should also be uploaded. Refer to Annexure I for guidelines on scanning and document upload.
