Educational Qualifications for ASDMA Recruitment 2024
1.Land Taxation Modeline Specialist:
Minimum Qualification Requirements:
- M.Sc Economics or M. Sc Mathematics/Statistics
- Preferably with 5 years of relevant experience.
- Expertise in business research methods, statistics for business management, corporate data mining and financial mathematics.
- Worked as a Project Lead/Statistical Analyst for collaborative projects.
- Expertise of Quantitative Techniques, operational Research, Econometric Modelling,
Business Research Methods, Corporate Data mining with SPSS, Financial Mathematics,
Application of MS Excel, Minitab, SPSS, pH Stat, MS project, SpSS competitor
- Undertook economic research and analysis on an extensive basis using regression models,
model validation using simulation models.
2. Land Management Systems Specialist:
Minimum Qualification Requirements :
- Master Degree or higher with minimum l0 years of extensive experience working land governance sector
3. GEO – spatial Specialist:
Minimum Qualification Requirements:
- M.sc./MTech in Geoinformatics/ Remote sensing /Environmental Science/ Geography/ Geology.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in GIS related projects using various software
suc)r as ArcGIS, Eardas Imagine, open-source Tools (QGIS, GRASS) having experience in the land management system
4.Data Analytics Specialist:
Minimum Qualification Requirements:
- M Sc/ M Tech in Computer Science/Data Science/IT with minimum 5 years experience.
- strong mathematical skills to help collect, measure, organize and analyze data
- Knowledge of programming languages like SQL, Oracle, R, MATLAB, and Python.
- Technical proficiency regarding database design development, data models, techniques for data mining, and segmentation.
- Experience in handling reporting packages like Business Objects, programming (Javascript, XML, or ETL frameworks), databases.
- Proficiency in statistics and statistical packages like Excel, SPSS, SAS to be used for data set analyzing.
- Adept at using data processing platforms

- Scan your Passport Size color Photograph and make it ready for uploading.
- The image size should be minimum 20 KB and should not exceed 50 KB and the image dimension should be 3.5cm by 2.5cm.
- The image format should be jpg or jpeg or png.
- No other format of image will be accepted.
- Scan your Specimen signature and make it ready for uploading.
- Size should be minimum 10 KB and should not exceed 30 KB and the image dimension should be 1.5cm by 2.5cm.
- The image format should be jpg or jpeg or png. No other format of image will be accepted.
- Scan your documents. Size should not exceed 200 KB. The document format should be jpg or jpeg or png or pdf. No other format will be accepted. Documents required to upload are as follows-
