1. Name of post : Network and Security Specialist
- Number of posts : 01(One)
- Gross Salary: Rs. 60,000 to Rs. 1,10,000 Per Month
2. Name of Post: Electrical Technician
- Number of Post: 03(Three)
- Gross Salary: Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 40,000 Per Month
Post Duration: The Contractual engagement will be initially for a period 1 (one) year, maximum extended up to 3(three) years or more.
AMTRON Recruitment 2023 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications:
1. Network and Security Specialist:
- Minimum 60% marks in B.E/ B.Tech/ MCA/M.Sc. from AICTE/UGC recognized Institutions (Stream- Computer Science/IT/Electronics/
Electrical.)
2. Electrical Technician:
- ITI (Electrical) with minimum 2 (two) years of relevant experience.
Certification License-
- Electrical Workmen Permit/License issued by
Inspectorate of Electricity, Power (Electricity) Department, Govt. of Assam.
AMTRON Recruitment 2023 Age Limits
The Candidates Must not be less than 18 years and not more than 44 years as on 1st January 2024.
Category wise Relaxation list:
- OBC/ MOBC : Not More than 47 years
- SC/ ST: Not More than 49 years
- PWD: Not More than 49 years

AMTRON Recruitment 2023 Required Skill set
1. Network & Security Specialist :
B.E/ B.Tech/ MCA/ M.sc with minimum 5 (five)
years of relevant experience in following domains :-
- Implemented Network Infrastructure in Data Centers, Wide Area Network etc.
- Implemented Advance Routing Protocols like IS-IS, OSPFv2, OSPFv3 and BGPv4
- Hands on experience on MPLS and QoS.
- Good Knowledge in Data Center Leaf and spine Architecture.
- Implemented/assisted at least one single project involving Data Center or WAN Connectivity.
- Knowledge in Network Virtualization
- Hands on experience in any two Next Generation Firewall ( e.g. Forcepoint,
FortiGate, Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Cisco)
- Experience in implementation of VPN and good knowledge in VPN tools of various OEMs.
- Hands on experience in Network Analyzer/Sniffer tools.
- Experience in handling escalation calls with Internet Service providers.
- Good Knowledge of Data center passive components.
2 Electrical Technician :
ITI ( Electrical) from Government of Assam Recognized Institute with minimum 2 (two) years of relevant experience in following domain :-
- Operation and maintenance of Genset of high capacity (minimum 150 KVA)
- Hands on experience in three phase and single-phase wiring.
- Operation, Testing & Maintenance of Control Panel for Genset, Three Phase Transformer etc.
- License- Electrical Workmen Permit/License issued by Inspectorate of Electricity, Power ( Electricity) Department, Govt. of Assam
AMTRON Recruitment 2023 Selection Process
i) The Shortlisted candidates will be appear for a Written Test.
ii) The Written test will be conducted based on respective domain knowledge and experience mentioned against each role.
iii) The List of shortlisted candidates will be notified on the website recruitment.amtron.in
iv) And the shortlisted candidate will be informed via SMS/e-mail.
v) Date of written test for shortlisted candidates will be intimated through recruitment.amtron.in.
vi) Candidates qualifying in the written test will be called for viva-voce which will be held at
Guwahati.
