Pay Allowance: post carries pay and allowances admissible under Pay Band -5 of Rs.65, 000 – 1, 12,000/ + Grade Pay of Rs. 18, 500/-. Other Perks and allowance admissible as per Company’s Rules.
AGCL Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: The Applicants should be bachelor in Engineering/Technology from a recognized institute/ university.
Candidates having Post Graduate qualifications in the field of Engineering/
Technology/Management from recognized Institution will get preference.
Experience :
The candidate should have minimum 20 years of working experience in senior Management position in any reputed Private Sector Company, MNC, State Public Sector Enterprise/ State Autonomous body , Central PSE/Autonomous body or in State Government/ Central Government Department at the time of submission of application out of which minimum 5 years working experience in Petroleum/ Oil & Gas Sector/ Petrochemicals Sectors in senior position not below the Sr Manager Level.
The applicant should have thorough knowledge and total exposure in Management, Industrial Planning, Project Implementation, Operations & Maintenance, application of SCADA, SAP, in OIL & Gas/ Petroleum/ Petrochemicals Industries.
Age :
Minimum age of the applicant should not be less than 45 years and maximum not exceed 55 years as on date of publication of the Advertisement.
For internal/departmental candidate, the maximum age limit will be 58 years.
Age of Superannuation is 60 years.

The Candidates are requested to submit their application directly alongwith the following documents :
(a) Annual Reports of the Company in which currently working for 3 financial years preceding the calendar year in which the post is advertised (please provide URL or attach/enclose).
(b) Self-attested copies of documents in support of age and qualifications.
c) Certificate in support of relevant jobs handled in the past with details.
iii) The applicant shall have to submit an Undertaking as a part of the application to the effect that he/she will join the post, if selected. If an applicant does not give undertaking, the application would be rejected.
iv) LAST DATE OF RECEIPT OF APPLICATION: 30 Days from the date of publication of the advertisement.
